KETURAH KEY - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As Executive Director, Keturah provides leadership and vision for our affiliate that are consistent with the overall mission and values set forth by our Board of Directors. Keturah promotes and upholds the covenant with Habitat for Humanity International. She is responsible for staff management, internal and external public relations, donor solicitation and recognition, budget development and adherence, oversight of the ReStore operations, and ensuring that its committees implement board policies and goals. The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Board and Executive Committee and an ad hoc member of all other Committees.
MIKE REECE- DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
As Director of Development, Mike is responsible for grant writing and fundraising. He actively seeks prospective donors and promotes goodwill between the affiliate and donors. Mike is also tasked with ensuring that the affiliate maintains records of donated funds.
CAROL PALAZZOLO - OFFICE MANAGER
As Office Manager, Carol manages all of the affiliate's administrative, accounting, and financial functions.
BRENDA PARSON - FAMILY SERVICES COORDINATOR
As Family Services Manager, Brenda manages the procedures for recruiting and selecting homeowner families, the programs designed to support them after they are selected, and the sales of the homes to them.
Allison J. Cooke - COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR
As the Community Outreach Coordinator, Allison coordinates community events, builds relationships, manages all volunteer activities, and outreach material.
JONATHAN BOST- CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
As the Construction Manager, Jonathan manages the new construction program's day-to-day operations, including planning and organizing volunteer activities and maintaining construction records.
MIGUEL MANCILLA - URGENT REPAIR MANAGER
As the URP Manager, Miguel manages the urgent repair program's day-to-day operations, including planning and organizing home visits and sub-contractors and assessing the scope of work.
LAURA ADAMS - MONROE RESTORE MANAGER
As the Monroe ReStore Manager, Laura manages the store's day-to-day operations, including planning and organization, daily activities, and record maintenance.
CITLALY VEGA DIAZ- DONATION SPECIALIST
As the Donations Specialist, Citlaly coordinates home pick-ups of donated items and receives in-store donations—schedules community service for ReStore locations.
MARTY CATO- DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
As the Director of Maintenance, Marty oversees the upkeep of our office building, ReStores, and affiliated vehicles. This includes ensuring that all property meets local, state, and federal codes.
REBEKAH MORRIS - WADESBORO RESTORE MANAGER
As the Wadesboro ReStore Manager, Rebekah manages the store's day-to-day operations, including planning and organization, daily activities, and record maintenance.
RACHEL BROCK - CHERAW RESTORE MANAGER
As the Cheraw ReStore Manager, Rachel manages the store's day-to-day operations, including planning and organization, daily activities, and record maintenance.
